Pot Luck a Great Success!

WOW!
Loretta & Vicki
This was probably the biggest and best pot luck ever in the building!  The weather generally cooperated, so folks were socializing indoors and out - despite a few drizzles.  We ate, we talked, we listened to Congressman Nadler, we ate, we danced (thanks to Bobby Moorhead's great DJ-ing and Rich Jordan's impromptu accompaniment), we sang (from "the Wheels on the Bus" to tenant songs and more), we ate some more, and many, many people chipped in - with work, money, food, and drink.

We welcomed new babies and old friends.

Strengthen our political power! Congressman Jerry Nadler comes (between 6 and 6:45), he'll see us out in numbers.

Eat well.

Meet those neighbors you were wondering about.

Your kids can play with other kids in the "Kids" section.

We can't do it without you
- and it will be a lot more fun if you're there!

Recently, we lost our neighbor Christine Mason. Her memorial will be August 22nd in our Community Room.
Ms. Mason was found in her apartment 2 weeks after her death – in part because no one in the building had the keys to her apartment or emergency contact information for her.
Please don’t let that happen to you. If you live alone, give your emergency contact information and a set of keys to the super, and give our doorman’s number (212-663-5420) to your family and friends: If they can’t reach you, the doorman can always reach the super.
