US Supreme Ct. rejects challenge to rent regulations.

The United States Supreme Court has declined to hear landlord James Harmon's case challenging rent regulation in New York.  Harmon had already lost at the lower two federal court levels.

See the NY Times and Bloomberg.com articles about the case.
