Stellar taking over garage billing

While Kensington (a subsidiary of ICON) will continue to manage our building's garage,  Stellar has taken over the billing.  So garage tenants will see their garage rent added to their monthly apartment rent bills.  (If you choose not to sign, click here for a letter to fill and and send to Stellar after they send you a lease or notice about a lease.)

Since we live in Manhattan, we are entitled to the Manhattan Resident Parking Tax Exemption.  If you haven't filled that out this year, do so! You can download it here: http://www.nyc.gov/html/dof/html/pdf/02pdf/park_exemp.pdf.

Then give a copy of the exemption to Stellar.  (Send it by certified mail, return receipt requested!)
