Treat your children with free candy and the Tenant Association by bringing your household dues and legal contribution as you pick up some sweets.

We represent all tenants - old and new - in this building, as we work to keep our building and our community wonderful, diverse, and safe.

NY Law (Real Property Law section 230) guarantees your right to join a tenants' association.

Household dues are $10 per year.
