Check out some CPG history: The Garden Scoop 1972

A neighbor recently found Volume 1, No. 1 of The Garden Scoop, a publication of the Central Park Garden Tenants Association.

Dated July 30, 1972, it includes articles by Jacob Brockington (14C) Editor in Chief, by Ivan Merber (then chairman of the tenant association), Ruth Merber (14F), Al Wattley (3E), Linda Brockington, and press releases by Ivan Merber opposing rent increases. Click here for the full newsletter.
