We represent all tenants - old and new - in this building, as we work to keep our building and our community wonderful, diverse, and safe.

NY Law (Real Property Law section 230) guarantees your right to join a tenants' association.

Household dues are $10 per year.

Please contribute to our legal fund! You can give the $100/year for each apartment (or more if you can afford it) to your floor captain, or to Steve Koulish in 12C.

New market-rate tenants click here. Check your apartment's rental status and history at New York State's Rent Connect or ORArecords@nyshcr.org (both work).
