Happy Holidays!

We won our anti-Frankensteining bill (S.2980C/A.6216B), thanks to everyone pitching in on the campaign. So now we can sit back and enjoy the holidays!

The Central Park Gardens Tenants' Association

The Central Park Gardens Tenants' Association is planning activities for the new year and we would like your input. Tenants* who complete this short survey by 12/31/2023 will also have a chance to win a prize!

We represent all tenants - old and new - in this building, as we work to keep our building and our community wonderful, diverse, and safe.

NY Law (Real Property Law section 230) guarantees your right to join a tenants' association.

Household dues are $10 per year.

Please contribute to our legal fund! You can give the $100/year for each apartment (or more if you can afford it) to your floor captain, or to Steve Koulish in 12C.
