WHAT HAVE WE DONE FOR YOU LATELY?  A LOT!

Because we stand together as one group, we have a strong voice when dealing with the landlord, who has now promised to:

• Provide more heat;
• Get a responsible laundry room vendor with all new machines.
• Buy a new carpet cleaning machine for use between twice-yearly deep-cleans;
• Get a full elevator inspection by the maintenance company.
• Ensure tenants get called before visitors come up to our apartments.
• Fix the concrete on the side ramps and front terrace;
• Fix up the Community Room ; and more.
